Case study
Nature Stone landing page
Nature Stone Construction needed one page for people coming from Instagram and from partner introductions. The live page is the offer: hydraulic block machines and premium pavers, built for buyers in Nigeria.
The first screen states the work, then asks for a quotation. A quotation request is a lead, so it goes on the same list as every other partnership.

Offer first
The headline is the product: precision block technology, with daily output of 12–13k blocks and a 15–25 second molding cycle.
-
One next step
Explore the machines, or get a quotation. Contact is a phone number, an email, and WhatsApp, not a second website.
-
Proof on the page
QT4-20, products, projects, properties, and hire sit on the same page, so a visitor can check the work before they ask.
-
Same list as partnerships
A Nature Stone quotation does not sit in a separate inbox. It is tagged with the source and given a next step.
How I track partnerships and leads
Every lead goes on one list the day it shows up. A DM, a comment, a referral, and a Nature Stone quotation all become the same kind of row.
Example row
| Who | Source | Ask | Status | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nature Stone quotation | Landing page | Machine quote | Talking | Reply Thursday |
- Who they are, and where they came from.
- What they asked for.
- Status: new, talking, agreed, live, or passed.
- The next step, and the date I will do it.
I review the list twice a week. A row with no next step is not being tracked. That is the whole system.
